Trinity Twenty Five, Berkshire
Situated just off one of the main roads into central Windsor, and within the Conservation Area this “one off” new town house was built as an infill project replacing an old garage and conservatory to the adjoining property.
Arranged over four levels, including a basement/lower ground, the design uses the first two floors for living and eating, with the remaining two, for sleeping and washing.
The elevations were very much influenced by adjoining properties and the immediate area, built in a Yellow Stock type brick, with a pale cream render to the lower floor and ground level. Painted timber windows, cast iron rainwater goods, and metal railings were incorporated to assist in enhancing its presence within the Windsor Conservation Area.
