Netley House, Berkshire
This project in the Central Windsor Conservation Area, involved a complete refurbishment of the existing dwelling, a small extension and partial rework of some of the openings, which had detrimentally been changed over time.
With the property in a dominant position, being on a corner, it was agreed the principal elevations could be painstakingly cleaned, repaired and restored, returning the property to an excellent visual standard once again. Internally some period features remained, but equally some had been removed – in dialogue with the Conservation Department, detailing and character were reinstated.
Overall the property was lifted to current standards and requirements, allowing the enjoyment of the home to be continued for many further years.
