The site for this pair of new dwellings is located down a private road to the northern side of Woking, Surrey and backs onto the canal.

The ground floor has been designed to offer open plan cooking, dining and living, with the bedrooms/bathrooms to the first and second floor.

Particular care and attention was given to the detailing of these, to incorporate period features mainly constructed of timber. Built in a slightly burnt orange brick, in flemish bond and with a black mortar, painted timber windows and orange clay roof tiles.

The two properties replacing a single dwelling, on completion, sit comfortably amongst a variety of other different styles of architecture within the road.
